Talus Development is a general contracting and Development company located in Downtown Denver.
Our main goal over the past 5 years has been the revitalization of the Curtis Park and Five Point
areas. The cultural diversity and history of this up and coming NODO neighborhood has
attracted countless urbanites looking for value, quality and uniqueness. These qualities
are reflected in every Talus project. We are committed to environmentally sound principles of
building and our homes provide high energy efficiency,and we strongly
believe in resource conservation. Partners Chris Hendrickson and Bryon Horvath have combined
experience of over 20 years as builders and developers to deliver a superior product to our
investors and buyers alike.

Talus offers a third party warranty through ProHome as a standard option. We also run a personal home
profile on the building that allows each buyer to track each and every warrantable item from
foundation to finish on a personal web page specifically designed for the unit itself.
This makes it easy to register all appliances and ensure complete and thorough maintenance
records for the property itself.
