Urbans @ Stout-
The Urbans @ Stout project is located at the corner of 28th Street and
Stout Street. The project was
put under contract in January of 2006 and construction began in September
of 2006. Two parcels
of land one containing a home were purchased, assembled and demolished.
Talus Development
then had plans permitted and sold the project to an outside developer
who turned around and
hired Talus Development to build the project. The project consists of
5 High End Townhomes
with Designer Finishes 2,300-2,700 square feet | 3 bed, 4 bath, 2 car
garage Open floor plans,
indoor/outdoor fireplace, hardwood floors, roof-top decks with incredible
mountain and city views, wet bar,
hot tub ready. The addition of this project to the area substantially
increased the feeling of
security to the area and removed one more eyesore from the neighborhood.
