This upcoming project on 2220 Lawrence St. is our largest one yet and is designed by John Marasco, Todd Larson and Brian Shearer of Marasco & Associates—who are also our partners on this project. It will feature 14 living units and the first floor will be Marasco & Associates’ new office space.
