Stout Street Townhomes-
The Stout Street Townhomes are located at the corner of 25th Street
and Stout Street on a historically
landmarked block in Curtis Park. The lot was purchased with a house,
and a lot split was initiated to
separate the house from the land. Three high end townhomes with two
car garages, roof top decks and 10’
ceilings in the basement were erected at the site during the summer
of 2006. The projects vertical
construction was completed in 8 months with the first unit being pre-sold.
These Stout Street townhomes
became another project of Talus' to set a new price per sq ft for the
area.
