SNOWHITE Lofts-
The SnoWhite Lofts are located at the corner of Park Ave and Champa
St. The building itself has
had a rich history throughout the years and has seen Curtis Park change.
The building was purchased in July of 2006 and the site was in complete
and absolute disrepair.
In fact the entire second level of the building had been locked down
and boarded up for years due
to fire damage. The entire interior of the building was demolished to
the studs and completely
renovated. All systems were replaced and the exterior of the building
received a facelift. The
building is currently 100% leased and being held for investment purpose.
